This is a 15-year Power Purchase Agreement. The client pays ₹6.50 per unit of electricity generated. You have promised to generate at least 1,400 units per kWp every year. If generation falls below 90% of the promise for an extended period, a penalty applies. 19 cleaning visits per year are required. The ₹5,00,000 security deposit is returned at contract end in January 2039.
